The National Parent Forum of Scotland are delighted to announce that this year’s conference will be held on Saturday 14th November at the University of Strathclyde Technology and Innovation Centre in central Glasgow. The theme of the conference will be attainment and achieving from a parental perspective. The conference is completely free to attend and all are welcome. They are keen to get as many parents along as possible, so please spread this information widely!

On the day there will be a keynote speech and Q&A session, along with full agenda of seminars and workshops run by leading figures in education, and an exciting kids’ programme, including a creche.

Further details and information on how to book a place will be available shortly. In the meantime, please register interest by emailing conference@npfs.org.uk

Just a short note to ask you to ‘save the date’ and volunteer by e-mail if you’re available to help for an hour or two at this year’s Septemberfest.

Building on the success of the last 4 years, plans are underway to make this year’s event even more spectacular, withextra activities and new exciting new food suppliers.

As a volunteer, your help is very much valued and we couldn’t do it without you. So, whether we’ve met before or if you’re volunteering for the first time, we’d very much like to hear from you.

The event, on Saturday 26th September, is open from 11 am to 4 pm.  A few early birds are required from 9 to welcome our craft fair guests and food suppliers.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
