The S1 Information Evening is being held on Wednesday 12 September from 4.30-6pm. The event is for parents interested in finding out more about Learning and Teaching in S1 classes and will take the form of a series of short workshops along with some input from the Senior Leadership Team.

Letters were sent home with the S1 pupils last week.

Just a reminder, that the BHS Parent Council AGM is set to take place in the School staff room at 7.00 pm on Tuesday, 18th September 2012. The agenda is clickable in our online calendar, which you can find under ‘Important Dates’.

And from Laura (Dance Programme) and Andy McAdam we learn of the safe arrival on 12 August of little Ewan, weighing 7 lbs 15 ox. Welcome Ewan!

Happy news from Suzie Lundy, in our Drama department, and her partner Stuart. Little Evie was born on 10 August, weighing 7 lbs 3 oz, and is doing fine, as is Mum.
