A free event – Inspiring Young Scientists Showcase – is taking place at Dynamic Earth on Sunday 24th September, 10am till 4pm.

“A very special showcase designed to give you an insight into the amazing and sometimes surprising world of opportunities available through Science and Geography. Come along and get hands-on with research kit, activities and meet experts working in inspirational and exciting jobs”

“The showcase is supported by a wide range of professions working in Space research, conservation, energy production and GeoSciences. There will be an inspiring mix of role models on hand to share their journeys into science”.

Hi folks, here’s a poster giving all the details of the forthcoming September film night – come along! Entry to Dunkirk is free, just turn up from 5.30pm for food and entertainment, film starts at 7.30. Tickets for Despicable Me 3 will be allocated through feeder primary schools. A note will be coming home with kids, so parents look out for it!
