SeptemberFest 2018
SeptemberFest Community Festival at Broughton High School is back after a break and this year’s event on Saturday 29th September, 11a.m. – 4p.m. will be bigger and better than ever! The theme is the Year of Young People, and there will be activities for all ages, from bouncy castles and balloons to Nerf guns and assault courses.
SeptemberFest also features fantastic food offerings and craft stalls so there really is something for everyone. Entry is FREE, and so are many of the activities.
SeptemberFest is organised by the amazing Broughton High School Association team with the help of a host of school pupils, teachers, community organisations and volunteers. Every little helps – if you can offer an hour or two on the day or in the run up to the event please do! It’s a great opportunity to get involved and meet other parents. 2018 Parent Council AGM and Social
All parents/carers are welcome to come to our annual AGM and social gathering on Wednesday 5th September.
5.45 – 6.15pm Introduction to the “My World of Work” website from Sarah MacPherson, Careers Advisor
6.15 – 6.45 pm – Parents’ Social with wine and nibbles
6.45 – 8pm Parent Council AGM
Feel free to attend for as much of the evening as you can. This is a great chance to meet other parents and to find out about the parent council.
